Job Description
Job Title : Tender Executive
Location :Ahmedabad (Odhav)
- Experience1–2 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Search and identify Government & Private Tenders from various portals.
- Download and study tender documents.
- Prepare and submit tender documents before the deadline.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Technical Team).
- Prepare quotations and required documents.
- Maintain tender records, MIS reports, and follow-up status.
- Upload tender documents on GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering portals.
- Handle EMD, BG, and other tender-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
- Communicate with clients regarding tender queries and clarifications.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and e-Tendering.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- MS Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
Qualification
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- MBA / BBA / Commerce / Engineering candidates preferred.
