Job Description
1) Prepare quotations, estimates, and invoices.
2) Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
3) Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases.
4) Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), reports, and spreadsheets.
5) Assist in GeM Portal, Vendor Registration, and Tender Documentation.
6) Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
7) Follow up on purchase orders, work orders, and payments.
8) Prepare project documentation and compliance records.
9) Draft professional emails and business correspondence.
10) Maintain office inventory and administrative records.
11) Support HR activities such as attendance and employee documentation.
12) Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
13) Assist management with office coordination and operational support.
