Pay Range: 35000-50000

Experience: 1 to 6 years in Interior & Architecture Design

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design/Diploma in Architecture

• An eye to detail, Knowledge for execution of design at site, Knowledge of materials

SKILL SET : AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp, Illustrator, Architectural Designs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in CAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and execution
• Expertise in detailed working drawings and construction documentation
• Experience in concept development, space planning, and client coordination
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members

Job Brief:

We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Architect to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior architecture, space planning, and execution with expertise in design software. A deep understanding of detailed working drawings and execution is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities (Key Result Areas):

1. Obtain brief of the project from the Project Manager.
2. Prepare detailed designs, plans, models, and schemes using CAD software, Google SketchUp, and Photoshop.
3. Develop designs, models, images, material boards, and mood boards to express concepts effectively.
4. Work on concept development and execution.
5. Plan & delegate work to subordinates for achieving desired results.
6. Work as per the plan guided by the Project Manager.
7. Ensure all tasks are completed within the assigned timelines.
8. Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high design and execution standards, offering advice for improvement.
9. Coordinate with clients regarding planning, designing, material selection, and quality management.
10. Visit the site as required for monitoring and guidance.
11. Prepare monthly review presentations, updated weekly, to stay aligned with the project goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop for detailed designs and presentations
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution abilities
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
