Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSite ManagementSupervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Monitor execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceilings, flooring, wall paneling, painting, electrical, plumbing, aluminum, and uPVC work.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Quality ControlInspect materials received at site and verify quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality.
- Identify and rectify defects or deviations from design specifications.
- Project CoordinationPrepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Coordinate manpower, material deliveries, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedules.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
- Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers.
- Client InteractionAttend client meetings and site visits.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and management.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
