🚨 Hiring Now – Sales Officer (SO) / Senior Sales Officer (SSO) / IRMDepartmentSales
Job PurposeWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to drive sales and customer acquisition for Home Loan and Mortgage products. The role focuses on generating new business, building strong customer relationships, sourcing quality loan applications, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the loan processing journey.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to meet prospective customers and explain Home Loan and Mortgage products.
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, and local networking.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing and timely loan disbursal.
- Ensure high-quality loan sourcing while maintaining credit quality standards.
- Onboard and manage new channel partners, connectors, and referral associates.
- Identify and empanel new housing projects (APFs), builders, and agents to increase business opportunities.
- Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 1–5 years in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local market with an established business network is an added advantage.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree (Graduate in any discipline).
- Candidates owning a two-wheeler will have an added advantage.
- Preferred Candidate ProfilePassionate about sales and field marketing.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve business goals.
