Job Description

  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Follow up with Clients for various purposes including feedback.
  • Work on internal processes to optimize workflow and increase efficiency. Optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring the company can meet its goals.
  • Planning and scheduling tasks.
  • Implementing training programes. Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize long-term profitability.
  • Manage all aspects of business operations including hiring, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Keep all reporting formats, CRM, documentation, etc. updated
  • Analyse data from social media, surveys & reviews for improvement in day-to-day operations.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with relevant data.
  • Keeping up with timelines and schedules.
