• Position: Sales Executive (Inside Sales)Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or High-Ticket Sales.
• Experience in selling coaching, education, healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or digital products is preferred.
• Your ResponsibilitiesCall warm leads who have already shown interest in our programs (no random cold calling).
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right program.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert leads into paid customers for both low-ticket and premium coaching programs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and customer success teams for a smooth customer journey.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections confidently.
• Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
