Job Description

The Agency Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting insurance advisors/agents, training and motivating them, driving sales through the agency channel, and achieving business targets while maintaining strong relationships with agents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
  • Train agents on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Support agents in generating leads and closing sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
