Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, providing product/service information, and generating leads or converting prospects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle objections and negotiate to achieve sales goals (if sales-focused role).
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required).
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Triaa Vasantam City Centre, Dhanori, Pune 411015
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or company standard)
- Compensation: Fixed salary + incentives (if applicable)
