Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel students and parents regarding UG, PG, and MBBS courses, colleges, eligibility criteria, fees, admission procedures, and career options.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable colleges, universities, and courses.
  • Guide students through the complete admission process, including application submission, document collection, counselling, and enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and counselling updates in the CRM.
  • Achieve assigned monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and college/university representatives for admission-related queries.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
  • Address student concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on admission trends, course details, university requirements, and MBBS counselling processes.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good counselling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
  • Knowledge of UG, PG, and MBBS admission processes.
  • Experience in handling student leads and converting enquiries into admissions.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and email communication.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
