Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Domestic & International Holiday Package Sales
- Converting Travel Inquiries into Confirmed Bookings
- Understanding Customer Requirements and Designing Customized Travel Packages
- Providing Destination Knowledge, Travel Guidance, and Package Recommendations
- Preparing Quotations, Itineraries, and Travel Proposals
- Follow-up with Leads through Calls, WhatsApp, Emails, and CRM
- Achieving Monthly Sales Targets and Revenue Goals
- Coordinating with Operations Team for Smooth Booking Process
- Building Strong Customer Relationships and Generating Repeat Business
- Promoting Saffron® Holidays Products, Fixed Departures, Honeymoon Packages, Family Holidays, Cruises, and Group Tours
- Maintaining Accurate Customer Data and Sales Records in CRM
Required Skills :
- Excellent Communication and Sales Skills
- Strong Knowledge of Domestic and International Destinations
- Experience in Holiday Package Selling
- Good Knowledge of Travel Portals and Reservation Systems
- Ability to Prepare Attractive Travel Itineraries and Quotations
- Customer Handling and Negotiation Skills
- Basic Knowledge of Visa, Flights, Hotels, and Travel Documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Online Travel Tools
- Target-Oriented and Self-Motivated Personality
