Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Travel Consultant who can independently handle customer enquiries — from requirement understanding to booking confirmation or closure.

This is a sales + operations role, not just itinerary making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle FIT enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email & CRM
  • Understand client requirements (destination, dates, budget, expectations)
  • Design customized itineraries & quotations
  • Follow up clients regularly until confirmation or drop
  • Handle objections related to pricing, hotel options & itinerary
  • Coordinate internally after booking confirmation
  • Maintain proper lead status & follow-up records in CRM
  • Upsell add-ons like visa, insurance, transfers where applicable
  • Must-Have Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Comfortable with follow-ups & sales pressure
  • Ability to ask budget & decision-related questions
  • Basic destination knowledge (at least 4–5 destinations)
  • Organized working style (notes, CRM discipline)

Salary & Incentives:
