Job Description

ITS A TELECALLING CPMPANY IN WHICH CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TO TAKE CALLS REGARDING BUSINESS LOAN AND PEROSNAL LOANS . COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU 5 DAYS TRANING AND ALSO PROVIDE YOU A GOOD CUSTOMER DATA . CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND CONVINCING POWER TO CONVERT THE CANDIDATE. TIMING OF OFFICE IS 10 AM TO 6.30PM AND WORKING DAYS MONDAY- SATURDAY AND LAST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH IS WORKING .

SALARY WILL BE PROVIDE IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND ONE PAID LEAVE PROVIDE FOR EVERYMONTH. THERE HAS SOME TARGET FIXED ON YOUR SALARY WHICH YOU HAVE TO ACHIEVE TO GET INCENTIVE AND BONUS BUT SALARY IS FIXED FOR 3MONTH IF YOUR PROVIDING 0 LOAN BUT 3MONTH STILL YOU ARE ON 0 LOAN THEN COMPANY WILL HOLD YOUR AT THAT MONTH SO CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TO DO ATLEAST 40-50% OF THEIR TARGET
