Job Description
HR Manager
MYTHOS EXTRUSIONS PRIVATE LIMITED – Tadkeshwar, Surat, Gujarat
We are in the process of setting up a new Aluminium Extrusion Manufacturing Facility and are looking for a dynamic HR professional to help us build our workforce from the ground up.
Location: Tadkeshwar, Surat
Industry: Aluminium Extrusion / Manufacturing
Joining: Immediate / Within 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for factory roles (operators, supervisors, engineers, staff)
• Workforce planning in coordination with production & operations teams
• Setting up HR policies, attendance, shift planning & payroll coordination
• Managing onboarding, statutory compliances & labour documentation
• Acting as a bridge between management and shop-floor employees
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–8 years of HR experience (manufacturing / factory setup preferred)
• Strong hands-on recruitment experience
• Knowledge of labour laws, compliances & shop-floor HR practices
• Ability to work independently in a greenfield project
