Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs through effective talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with department heads.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Employee RelationsFoster a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Conduct employee counseling and disciplinary actions when required.
• Organize employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• HR OperationsManage employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and implemented effectively.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Performance ManagementDesign and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
• Identify training and development needs.
• Compliance & LegalEnsure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other employee benefits.
• Coordinate audits and maintain HR compliance records.
• Training & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and develop training programs.
• Coordinate internal and external learning initiatives.
• Promote leadership development and succession planning.
• Compensation & BenefitsAssist in salary benchmarking and compensation planning.
• Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
• Recommend retention and reward programs.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5–10 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office.

• CompensationSalary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Familiarity with Surat/Gujarat employment market is an advantage.
