About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in tele calling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into qualified appointments and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, social media, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable office spaces or properties.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Update all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activities.
• Generate repeat business and referral opportunities through excellent customer service.

Required Skills

• 
  
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Real Estate Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Educational Qualification -

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be preferred.
