Job Description

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.

• Generate and manage sales leads from various sources.

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and test drives.

• Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding offers, vehicle availability, and documentation requirements.

• Conduct post-sales follow-ups for customer satisfaction and relationship management.

• Support showroom promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

• Achieve assigned targets related to lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.
