We have a vacancy for the post of TEAM LEADER for Kopar khairane Location

Role and Responsibilities:

1) Conducts daily briefing & sets up targets/goals for the shift, makes constant effort to achieve the same.

2) Check for staff grooming/ discipline.

3) To introduce new ways and means to minimize transaction time at box office and at the concessions.

4) Oversees the services of Cinema from box-office to concessions and cleaning, to ensure highest standards and quality services at all times.

5) Conducts under the guidance of the Cinema Manager, such functions-

§ as employee orientation

§ staff training

§ on the job performance

§ coaching and disciplinary action, if necessary,

§ To ensure appropriate staffing and productivity

6) Establishes and maintains the record systems.

7) Ensures that displays are always updated, and effectively co-ordinates with Programming & Marketing for compliance.

8) Maintains minimum stock levels of all items and participates in inventories on weekly basis.

9) To always ensure smooth operations.

10) Must be willing to Work in a team environment, with total hands-on approach.

11) Manage Food and Beverage merchandising using various mediums and creative to stimulate customers to impulse buying and boost sales.

15) Monitors and controls, on an on-going basis:

16) Sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene of the entire area under his purview

17) Ensuring on time commencement and completion of shows.

18) Key management: includes opening & closing of shift in presence.

19) Responsible to send DCR to the distributors every day at night shift closing.

20) Monitoring and control of wastages.

21) Daily sale report mail.
