Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, and delivery records.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams.
Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and communicate with customers as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain background preferred).
2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or plant operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
