Overview OxygenAuto is a government-registered vehicle scrapping company focused on environmentally responsible and legally compliant recycling of End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs). As part of India’s Vehicle Scrappage Policy, we are contributing towards cleaner air, improved road safety, and sustainable automobile recycling practices.

We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented professional for the role of Field Executive – Car Pickup & Workshop Operations. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle pickup coordination, workshop onboarding, spare parts demand creation, and maintaining smooth operational coordination with workshops and customers.

What the Government Wants from Us • Ensure proper dismantling, de-pollution, and disposal of old vehicles.

• Maintain transparency and legal compliance in all operational activities.

• Promote organized recycling and reuse of automobile spare parts.

• Support the national mission of reducing vehicular pollution and unsafe vehicles.

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage old vehicle pickup operations from customer locations.

• Ensure smooth vehicle movement and timely pickup scheduling.

• Visit and onboard automobile workshops, garages, and service centers.

• Build strong relationships with workshop owners and automobile partners.

• Create demand for reusable automobile spare parts in the market.

• Coordinate with towing teams, drivers, and operations department.

• Maintain proper documentation related to vehicle pickups and workshop onboarding.

• Conduct field visits for business development and operational support.

• Ensure regular follow-ups with workshops and customers.

• Submit daily field activity and operational reports to management.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience • Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.

• 1 – 3 years of experience in field operations, logistics, automobile industry, or workshop coordination preferred.

• Basic understanding of automobile operations and spare parts industry.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
