Job Description
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic devices such as projectors, TVs, and related equipment. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills to provide effective service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/electronic issues.
Perform repair and maintenance of projectors, TVs, and related devices.
Handle installation and servicing at customer locations when required.
Use service tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain service reports and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned service tasks.
Provide customer support and explain technical issues clearly.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electronics and hardware.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of projector/TV troubleshooting is an added advantage.
Ability to manage repair tools and service equipment.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Effective time management skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
