Job Description

The KAM acts as the bridge between Zeen Digital Solutions LLP and all payment gateway providers.


Responsibilities:

  • Payment gateway research and onboarding
  • Merchant onboarding management
  • Compliance coordination
  • Commercial negotiation
  • Technical integration support
  • Live transaction monitoring
  • Settlement reconciliation
  • Chargeback handling
  • Escalation management
  • Post-live operational support
