Job Description – Government Liaisoning & Tender ExecutiveLocation: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Government Liaisoning & Tender Executive to identify and develop business opportunities within Government Departments, Municipal Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing government relationships, participating in tender processes, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful execution of government projects.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop business opportunities with Government Departments, Municipal Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, Transport Departments, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor government tender portals and identify relevant tender opportunities.
  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with all eligibility criteria and submission deadlines.
  • Prepare customized business proposals, presentations, and commercial documents based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Management for successful tender execution and project implementation.
  • Track government policies, market trends, competitor activities, and new advertising opportunities.
  • Ensure timely billing, payment collection, contract compliance, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders, sales activities, client communications, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company in meetings with government authorities and attend official discussions whenever required.
  • Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Government Tendering, Procurement, and Liaisoning processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong documentation, drafting, and proposal preparation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
  • Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • EligibilityBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Outdoor Media Sales, Government Liaisoning, Tender Management, or Business Development.
  • Proven experience in handling Government clients and tender submissions.
  • Experience working with Municipal Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, Transport Departments, Railways, Smart City Projects, or other Government Agencies will be preferred.
