Office Admin / Travel Coordinator


Job Summary

We are a Tower Crane Rental company operating PAN India. Our team travels across the country to install and maintain cranes at various project sites. We are looking for an energetic and organized Office Admin who can handle daily office operations and manage end-to-end travel, flights/train tickets, and budget-friendly hotel or guest house bookings for our technical team.


Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking: Managing all travel bookings (Train/Flight tickets) for the technical team traveling PAN India.

  • Accommodation Management: Finding and booking budget-friendly hotels, lodges, or guest houses for the team staying 5 to 6 days at project sites.
  • Office Administration: Handling daily office tasks, including managing office stationery inventory and ordering supplies when needed.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating with travel agents or hotel owners to get the best budget rates.
  • Expense Tracking: Keeping a clear record of all travel expenses and stationery bills.

Requirements / Eligibility

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Office Administration or Travel/Hotel Desk operations (Experience in a construction or rental company is a plus).
  • Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, and online booking portals like MakeMyTrip, IRCTC, etc.).
  • Budget Management: Ability to negotiate and find clean, safe, and budget-friendly accommodations for workers/engineers.
  • Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
