Job Description
We are looking for a Finance & Operations Executive to manage financial records, procurement tracking, inventory coordination, and product lifecycle management for our growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities-
Finance & Accounts
- Maintain records of all business expenses and payments.
- Track vendor payments, outstanding dues, and purchase transactions.
- Manage daily cash flow and expense reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries.
Coordinate with accountants for bookkeeping and compliance.
Procurement & Inventory
- Record and track all product purchases.
- Maintain vendor-wise and SKU-wise procurement records.
- Monitor inventory movement and stock availability.
- Ensure accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain operational dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate with photography, design, listing, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure products move efficiently through each stage of the workflow.
- Identify bottlenecks and follow up with concerned team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic accounting knowledge (Tally experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus.
