Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful property sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Generate new leads through references and networking.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for smooth booking and agreement processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor activities.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
SalaryAs per company standards + Attractive Incentives.
Working Days6 Days a Week (Weekly Off as per company policy)
