Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update student, donor, volunteer, and program data in databases.
  • Maintain records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Verify and correct data errors.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS records.
  • Organize digital and physical documents.
  • Coordinate with program teams for data collection and updates.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure data security and proper record management.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility:

  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Basic computer certification is preferred.
