Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SEO + Social Media Manager role based in Delhi, India. The SEO + Social Media Manager will plan and execute data-driven SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO coordination, and performance tracking to improve organic visibility.

The role involves managing and optimizing social media channels, crafting content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, and implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) tactics to grow reach and engagement. The person in this role will monitor analytics across search and social platforms, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on insights.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with account managers and designers to ensure consistent brand messaging, staying current with SEO and social media trends, and supporting broader digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools) and understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Ability to analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and adjust campaigns to meet defined KPIs.
• Previous experience in an agency or multi-brand environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Delhi.
