Key Responsibilities:
- Delinquency Management: Proactively contact borrowers with overdue payments via field visits.
- Bucket-wise Collections: Focus on reducing Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and managing various delinquency buckets (e.g., 30+, 60+, and 90+ days past due).
- Field Recoveries: Conduct regular visits to high-value or non-responsive accounts.
- Customer Counseling: Educate borrowers on the consequences of non-payment and assist in establishing repayment plans.
- Compliance & Ethics: Strictly adhere to company ethical guidelines and RBI fair practices codes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: 2 to 3+ years in field collections, loan recovery, or microfinance, ideally with an NBFC or financial services firm.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.
- Local Presence: High degree of mobility and in-depth geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
Work Conditions:
This is a field-heavy role requiring frequent travel within the assigned area.
