Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Serve as first point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, chat, and digital channels. • Register, classify, and prioritize customer requests in the CRM / ticketing system.  Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP system (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.  Freshers are welcome to apply.

Graduation is mandatory.

Shift Details:

General rotational shifts:


8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Saturday: Work From Home

Sunday: Weekly Off
