• Job Responsibilities Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Follow up with new and existing customers.
• Help customers with policy applications and document collection.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Renew existing policies and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
• Maintain customer records and update them regularly.
• EligibilityQualification: 2nd PUC / Any Degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
