Job Description


Coordinate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.

Schedule appointments, deliveries, or service visits.

Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.

Follow up on pending requests and customer feedback.

Coordinate between customers and internal teams.

Prepare daily reports and status updates.

Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
