Job Profile: As a Tele Sales Officer, you will:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate leads for Banking Loan Products and Solar Solutions.
• Explain products and services professionally.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Products & Services Equipment Loans
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Business & MSME Loans
• Working Capital & OD/CC Limits
• Industrial & Commercial Solar Projects
• Residential Rooftop Solar Systems
• Solar Financing & Government Subsidy Assistance
• Eligibility: Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in Tele Calling, Banking, Insurance, Finance, or Solar Sales preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Desired Skills: Excellent communication and convincing ability.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
