Sales Team Lead – Counselling Team

Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Counselling

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Business Head

Job Summary:

Lead and manage the counselling team to achieve admission targets, improve conversion rates, and deliver an excellent student and parent counselling experience. Coach, motivate, and monitor counsellors to ensure consistent performance and business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:-
  • Lead and manage the counselling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
  • Monitor counsellors' performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
  • Train and mentor counsellors on communication, objection handling, and sales techniques.
  • Support counsellors in handling difficult student and parent enquiries.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with all leads and walk-in enquiries.
  • Monitor CRM updates and maintain accurate counselling records.
  • Coordinate with the telecalling and marketing teams to maximize lead conversions.
  • Analyze branch performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
  • Build a positive, high-performance team culture.
