Job Description

Role Summary The Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, overseeing offer and demand activities, and ensuring successful deal closures while achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities

Team & Business Management

• Manage and grow team performance.

• Achieve team revenue and performance targets.

Team Management

• Lead Sales Executives.

• Assign targets and monitor team performance.

• Conduct reviews, training, and team development activities.

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and processes.

Offer & Demand Management

• Oversee offer and demand activities within assigned categories.

• Ensure timely follow-up and successful matching of opportunities. Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare performance reports and MIS.

• Analyze business data and provide recommendations.

• Support management in sales planning and business growth.
