Job Description
Job Title: Plant Supervisor
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Education
• ITI (Electrical) or ITI (Mechanical)
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory operations and labour management
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to supervise production activities and ensure smooth plant operations
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily production activities and manage shop-floor manpower
• Monitor labour productivity, safety, and discipline
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to achieve daily production targets
