Job Description

Plant Operation

Operate the Bio-CNG plant according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Start, stop, and monitor all plant equipment.

Ensure continuous and safe plant operation during the assigned shift.

Maintain required gas production and plant efficiency.

Digester Operation

Feed raw materials (cow dung, organic waste, etc.) as per the feeding schedule.

Monitor digester temperature, pH, slurry level, and pressure.

Observe mixer, agitator, and pump operation.

Report any abnormal conditions immediately.

Gas Purification & Compression

Monitor H₂S removal system.

Monitor CO₂ removal system.

Operate gas blowers and compressors.

Check gas pressure, methane percentage, moisture, and flow rate.

Ensure Bio-CNG quality meets required standards.
