Position Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, driving app downloads, promoting virtual exhibitions, and supporting sales conversions through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
• Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital budgets and optimize campaign performance.
• Lead Generation - Generate qualified leads for Virtual Stall subscriptions and exhibition participation.
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Monitor lead quality and conversion rates.
• Social Media Management - Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp Channels.
• Develop engaging content, posts, reels, videos, and industry updates.
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• App Download & User Acquisition - Drive registrations and downloads for the Ekspans Networking App.
• Execute user acquisition campaigns targeting manufacturers, distributors, exporters, and business professionals.
• Track Cost Per Download (CPD) and user engagement metrics.
• Content MarketingCoordinate creation of blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Develop promotional content for virtual exhibitions and industry events.
• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors.
• SEO & Website ManagementImprove website ranking through SEO strategies.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior.
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
• Email & WhatsApp MarketingCreate automated email campaigns and drip marketing sequences.
• Manage bulk WhatsApp campaigns for event promotions and lead nurturing.
• Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analytics & ReportingMonitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Event PromotionPromote virtual exhibitions, webinars, business networking events, and industry conferences.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities before, during, and after events.
