Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for ABS Infotech. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing deals, and maintaining long-term customer relationships in IT and security solutions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and references
  • Handle leads from platforms like Justdial, IndiaMART, and website inquiries
  • Promote company services:
  • CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • Networking & IT Infrastructure
  • Biometric & Access Control Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of CCTV, networking, or IT solutions (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in field sales
  • QualificationAny Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales (IT / Security / Telecom preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
