Job Description

Position: Telesales Executive
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Compensation: Up to ₹25,000/month (Based on experience and last drawn salary)
About the Role:
Ignitech Innovations is a fast-growing automotive equipment manufacturer specializing in Engine Decarbonizing Machines, Battery Regenerator Systems, and Steam Carwash Systems. We are looking for an energetic and driven Telesales Executive to reach out to workshops, fleet operators, and detailing studios across India to generate leads and drive sales for our industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to auto service centers, garages, and fleet managers to pitch our workshop-ready machines.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential B2B clients, understand their volume and use cases, and qualify them for further sales discussions.
Product Education: Clearly explain the technical and financial benefits of our products (e.g., lower running costs, improved engine performance, steam wash efficiency).
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and updated database of leads, follow-ups, and daily call logs in the CRM/tracker.
Sales Conversion: Follow up on existing inquiries (such as website quote requests), address client doubts, and guide them toward a purchase or consultation.
Coordination: Work closely with the core sales and technical support teams to share client requirements and share specifications or quotations.
Candidate Requirements
Languages (Mandatory): Excellent spoken English and Hindi. The ability to communicate confidently and professionally is required.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply; however, male candidates are preferred for this specific role.
Experience: Prior experience in telesales, B2B sales, or outbound call centers is highly preferred. (Experience pitching to the automotive or manufacturing sector is a bonus).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, active listening, and the resilience to handle objections and meet monthly outreach targets.
