Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

- Job ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers and introduce Oxynet's Internet and IT solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services effectively.
- Schedule appointments between clients and the company's sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update daily call reports and customer information in the CRM system.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Minimum 4 client appointments must be scheduled every day.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
- Must have a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
- Required Skills Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
