Role: Jr.Territory Sales Executive
Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Achievement
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure numeric and weighted distribution across retail and wholesale channels.
- Meet both primary and secondary sales goals through robust demand generation activities.
2. Market Coverage & Distributor Management
- Monitor daily performance and productivity of Secondary Sales .
- Ensure adherence to beat plans, effective route optimization, and full territory coverage.
- Appoint new distributors where necessary and manage performance, ROI, and service levels of existing distributors.
3. Visibility & Merchandising
- Ensure consistent availability and visibility of all SKUs across all relevant outlets.
- Implement planograms, deploy POSM, and maintain in-store branding as per company guidelines.
4. Promotion & Schemes Execution
- Drive execution of trade promotions, schemes, and new product launches.
- Communicate ongoing schemes to trade partners, ensure on-ground compliance, and gather feedback.
5. Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update Daily Sales Reports (DSR), including competitor intelligence and market insights.
- Share timely and accurate reports with ASM/TSM and other relevant stakeholders.
6. Retailer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and stockists.
- Actively resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained business.

- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Working knowledge of MS Office and digital sales tools
- Mobility: Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
