About UsSugar & Heart Clinic is a fast-growing healthcare organization specializing in Diabetes, Heart, Obesity, and Preventive Care. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support management through timely MIS reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
• Prepare and share Daily MIS reports with management.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and petty cash records.
• Reconcile bank statements and payment gateway transactions.
• Process purchase invoices, vendor bills, and payments.
• Track receivables and payables.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with Reception, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Operations teams for daily collections and revenue reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.).
• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or clinic environment will be an added advantage.
