Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across banking, NBFC, insurance, and financial services sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BFSI roles and recruitment strategies.



  • Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles such as Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, and Risk.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining process.
