Job Opening: Production Supervisor

Location: Sarigam GIDC, Near Vapi, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing unit at Sarigam GIDC.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet dispatch timelines.
• Supervise shop floor operations and ensure smooth production activities.
• Manage production workers and contract labour efficiently.
• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and inventory coordination.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality Control, and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, housekeeping, and factory discipline.
• Minimize downtime, wastage, and production losses through effective supervision.
• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Report daily production status, manpower utilization, and operational issues to management.
