Job Description
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.
- Experienced in coordinating with customers, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations. Skilled in shipment tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics/ERP software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable, with logistics or freight forwarding experience considered an added advantage.
