Telecaller

We are looking for a goal-oriented and resilient Debt Recovery Telecaller to join our collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Your primary focus will be to secure payments while maintaining a respectful and positive relationship with our clients and customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Inbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to individuals or businesses with delinquent accounts to request payment.
• Negotiation & Settlement: Listen to customer situations, identify the reasons for non-payment, and negotiate mutually agreeable payment schedules or settlements within authorized limits.
• Data Accuracy & Documentation: Update the internal database accurately with payment commitments, customer feedback, contact details, and call histories.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to all industry regulations, legal guidelines, and company policies regarding debt collection practices (e.g., avoiding harassment or deceptive statements).
• Follow-ups: Monitor committed payment dates and follow up promptly with customers who miss their scheduled payments.
