Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support vehicle and service sales. The role includes digital marketing, local promotions, event management, and campaign performance analysis while ensuring compliance with Royal Enfield brand standards.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Generate quality leads for Sales, Service, and Pre-Owned business.
  • Organize customer events, rides, and promotional activities.
  • Manage social media pages and digital content.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and campaign ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance reviews.
