Telesales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to assist customers with payday loan applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with customers, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through inbound calls.
• Explain payday loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Assist customers in completing the loan application process.
• Collect and verify required documents and customer information.
• Follow up with prospective customers until loan disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
