Job Description

Support Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by customers and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Coordinator to prioritise, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Provide clear guidance to customers on using software features, configurations, and best practices.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs of customer issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical problems to higher-level support or the product team when necessary.
  • Ensure defective software modules/devices are processed for service, repair, or replacement within the defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—technical support, product, and service—to deliver seamless customer experience.
